Das optionsreichste Datei (und MP3 Tags) Umbenenntool das ich kenne (nicht nur im Freeware Bereich).
Unter anderem lassen sich Ordner- und/oder Dateiattribute und Datum gezielt bzw. systemweit ändern.
Auch als Shellextension (Kontextmenüerweiterung) einsetzbar. :)
