How to use it?
<*> Download BatchIconExtractor.exe and place it on your desktop.
<*> Drag and drop a file or a folder on the application icon.
<*> All icons from the file or from all files under the given folder are saved to a new folder called "icons". This folder is created in the same folder, where the application resides (Desktop by default).
Notes
<*> The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Authors are not responsible for any damage.
<*> The application is designed for Windows NT4, 2000, XP, and Vista. It will NOT run on Windows 95, 98, or Me.
<*> When using the application from command line, specify absolute path to the source file or folder. Relative paths will result in undefined behavior.
<*> Files in the destination folders are always overwritten unless they have the readonly flag set.
<*> To extract all icons on the whole drive, drag and drop the drive on the application and then choose to scan for icons recursively.
