Nein Beschreibung: Einfach zu bedienendes Massen-Umbenennungstool. Der Aufbau ist im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Programmen seiner Zunft sehr simpel gehalten. Anstatt für jede mögliche Art der Konvertierung Knöpfe im Interface zu haben, wird hier mit Filtern gearbeitet. Diese Filter können gespeichert und auch wieder geladen werden. Damit sind einfache Konvertierungen möglich, aber Dank der Regular Expression Engine kann man mit seinen Dateien alles machen, was man möchte :) Sollte sich jeder mal angucken! Rename-It! can rename in seconds multiples files, that can be in different folders. It is incorporated in the Windows Shell (via Explorer's context menu). Before renaming files, Rename-It checks the files' names. The renaming itself is done by filters: * Search & Replace: Replace a string by another. Support Regular expressions and Wildcards. * Case: Make the file name uppercase, lowercase, ... * Crop: Only keeps a part of the file name. * ID3 Tag: For the MP3 files, read the ID3 informations and rename the file with your own criteria.

Version 3.40 (2005.11.18): Features Added: o Support renaming files with cyclic filenames (a->b, b->c, c->a). o Show how many files will be renamed next in a status bar. o Search&Replace: Added start and step for series numbering. o Search&Replace: Match-whole-word option. o Crop filter: Inverse mode. o Show an error message when cannot load a set of filters with some unknown filters. o File names to avoid are threated as warning instead of errors (so you can still rename).
