Umfassendes Tool und grafisches Frontend, das die unter NT, XP bzw. W2K so verstreuten:
Dienste ( services.msc ), Ereignisanzeige ( eventvwr.msc ), Gerätemanager ( devmgmt.msc )
unter einer Oberfläche zusammenfasst.
Der Clou: es lassen sich damit alle Dienste-Einstellungen bearbeiten, abspeichern und in *.snapshot Profilen ex/importieren,
was daher auch Vergleich und Import auf/mit anderen Windows NT/XP Systemen ermöglicht.

( you must make the associations of the '*.snapshot' files with
ServConf manualy if you wish to be able to open them by double click,
and you must have Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer installed
if you wish to use the help ).
